Physical Fitness


An active childhood lays the groundwork for a lifetime of fitness. 

Self-Defense skills build self-esteem.

At the core of  the martial arts is respect for self and others. 

 Activities like tae kwon do, kung fu and aikido are a fun way for both boys and girls to achieve fitness and focus.


Academic Studies


One hour of academic studies, 4 days per week helps your child avoid

We exercise the mind, as well as the body.  Decades of research confirm that summer learning loss is real. According to the RAND Corporation, the average summer learning loss in math and reading for American students amounts to one month per year.

Summer Fun Camp includes activity games improve hand eye coordination and physical fitness.  Transferring that natural energy to competitive sports can help keep kids active and healthy as the grow, and other distractions increase that may lead to a more sedentary lifestyle.
